Visit of the Minister for Economic Development and Technology

On Friday, October 21st 2022, the Minister of Economic Development and Technology, Matjaž Han, visited Zagorje together with his colleagues. During his visit, he also visited ETI.

ETI and WSCAD

Every engineer wants knowledge in his field of expertise and tools that save him time and raise the quality of engineering services. In the world of electrical design at the European level, the WSCAD software tool has been very well-known for many years, with which they guarantee speed, quality and ease of use at a competitive price.

Renovation of the shipping warehouse in ETI Izlake

In the first half of 2022 we completed the renovation and expansion of the shipping warehouse in Izlake. By doing so we gained approximately 650 square meters of additional storage space and almost 5,000 additional storage locations (4,647 shelf and 233 pallet storage locations).

ETI's innovators awarded with silver and bronze

Slovenian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GZS) awarded the most innovative companies and other organizations. Among the recipients are also innovators from ETI. We received silver and two bronze awards.

Compact Load Break Switch - CLBSV  

CLBSV are manually operated multi-pole devices for switching low voltage electrical circuits with currents up to 160A.  Main novelty is that these devices got visible contacts.

  Features:

 - Possibility to connect additional contacts with pre-break function

 - Double-visible chain break ensures safe maintenance

- Possibility of direct, external front and side control

 - Terminal covers provide protection against accidental contact and phase separation of the switch, and Perforated holes allow for contact temperature monitoring without removing the covers

 - Ability to seal terminal covers

Industry 4.0 at ETI

Industry 4.0 was a new term a few years ago, but nowadays it is seen as normal, which is also the case at ETI. There are many answers to the question of what Industry 4.0 actually means as well as how individual companies experience and integrate it into their processes.

ATS controller (ATSC25)

ATSC25 “ATS Controller” in association with an RTSE (Remote transfer switching equipment) forms an ATSE (Automatic transfer switching equipment), the ATSE formed by the association is designed for use in power systems for the safe transfer of a load supply between a normal and alternate source.

Network Analyzer END25ETH

END25ETH meters measure important electrical parameters in 3 phase 4 wire,3 phase 3 wire and 1 phase 2 wire network. It is more advanced instrument, with ETHERNET interface (MODBUS TCP/IP), real time clock and data logging (8MB memory).

  Features:

 - Measurement of 85 parameters, THD and harmonics up to 31st for voltage & current

 - Fully configurable LCD screen - possibility of programming 28 independent screens

- RTC - real time clock (END25ETH only)

 - LCD display with Back-light

 - Remote access of measured parameter via RS-485 (Modbus RTU) or through Ethernet interface (Modbus TCP/IP)

FI relay process industrialization

As part of the renovation of the Residual Current Circuit Breakers (RCCBs) production, the opportunity arose to also redesign the FI relay process. FI relay is one of the key components used in residual current circuit breakers and ours has a unique design, structurally adapted to automatic assembly. Thus, we are now the first company with a fully automated FI relay manufacturing processes, leading to higher quality of the final product. With design adaptation, full traceability of assembly, control and thus also the final product, we ensure a longer service life and stability of the relay above any other on the market.

ETI's innovators among the winners for the best Regional innovations of 2022

On June 14th 2022, the Regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry awarded Regional awards to the most innovative companies and innovators for year 2022; our employees were among the recipients of awards.

EPC enclosures 

NEW Polyester EPC enclosures are reinforced with fiber glass provide double insulation class in IP66 protection. They be used outside (PV systems, up to 1500VDC) or in industry applications.
